What we do
We strive to help homeless and low-income families achieve sustainable independence through a community-based response
Over 500 volunteers and community members, and 13 host congregations. Become a volunteer today!
FPGC will continue to bring the Concord community closer, raise awareness, and continue supporting families in need.
Family Promise is working daily to help our families find sustainable housing, but we can’t do it without your help. Please consider making a donation today to help us continue our mission!
It starts with individuals just like you. People who decide to volunteer because they believe that one person can make a difference. Our volunteers willingly give of their time and energy as well as provide financial support to help homeless families stand on solid ground again. Together our volunteers work with interfaith host sites, in the Greater Concord area, to provide temporary housing, meals, and support services to parents and their children. Our staff also works to connect families with community resources, helping parents to find jobs and affordable housing. FPGC provides detailed case-management, advocacy and goal-setting support to address barriers contributing to homelessness and stabilize the families we work with as they move towards a better way of life.
