about us
It starts with individuals just like you. People who decide to volunteer because they believe that one person can make a difference. Our volunteers willingly give of their time and energy as well as provide financial support to help homeless families stand on solid ground again. Together our volunteers work with interfaith host sites, in the Greater Concord area, to provide temporary housing, meals, and support services to parents and their children. Our staff also works to connect families with community resources, helping parents to find jobs and affordable housing. FPGC provides detailed case-management, advocacy and goal-setting support to address barriers contributing to homelessness and stabilize the families we work with as they move towards a better way of life.
